Timeframe: You may return the unused product(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Ensure that the product is in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by any enclosed documentation.

Packaging: Please return the product in its original packaging to facilitate a smooth process.

Inspection: BFU will thoroughly inspect the returned product within 30 days of receipt.

• If, upon inspection, it is determined that the product has been used, BFU reserves the right not to issue a refund. In such cases, the product will be returned to you at your expense.
• If BFU concludes that the product is unused, and it is returned in its original packaging with documentation, a refund will be issued. However, the original delivery charge will be deducted.

• Alternatively, if you prefer, we offer the option to exchange the product.

• Return Window: Products are eligible for return only if they are shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery unless we have communicated otherwise.
• Responsibility: The product is your responsibility until it reaches our facilities. For your protection, we recommend using a delivery service that provides insurance for the value of the goods.
